1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Zoe Digital website (the "Site") and the purchase of products from our online store. By accessing, browsing, or placing an order through our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Zoe Digital is a technology products distributor registered in South Africa (Zoë D (Pty) Ltd, Reg: 2025/621719/07), serving businesses and individuals nationwide.

2. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) at the current rate of 15%. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and will notify you before processing any order affected by a pricing error.

3. Orders

Placement of an order constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Zoe Digital reserves the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion. If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you and refund any payment already made.

4. Payment

Payment must be made in full before products are dispatched. We accept payment via electronic funds transfer (EFT), credit card, and debit card through our secure payment gateway. Layby payment plans are available on all products — contact our sales team to arrange a layby arrangement.

5. Layby

Layby allows you to secure a product by paying in instalments over an agreed period. A minimum deposit may be required. The product will be held for you and dispatched once full payment is received. Layby arrangements are subject to a written agreement outlining the payment schedule and terms.

6. Delivery

We deliver nationwide across South Africa via The Courier Guy and other trusted courier partners. Delivery times vary based on location and product availability, typically 2–5 business days for major centres and 3–7 days for outlying areas. Free delivery is offered on all orders over R2,000. For orders under R2,000, delivery fees are calculated dynamically based on your delivery address and the courier service level selected at checkout. Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery.

7. Warranty

Products are sold with the manufacturer's standard warranty. Warranty periods vary by product and brand. Warranty claims must be directed to our sales team with proof of purchase. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, or unauthorised modifications.

8. Limitation of Liability

Zoe Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Zoe Digital or its content suppliers and is protected by South African intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the South African courts having jurisdiction over our registered premises.
